Schedule

Clients can request specific course date(s), or propose a range of dates, which match their availability for training.   Sessions for between 1 and 8 people can be arranged within our training rooms, near Liverpool Street, or at a venue agreed with the client. 
Please note that the Mouse Training Company does not run public scheduled training (i.e. pre-organised courses which mix clients from different organisations). 

Provisional bookings

Where a client cannot just confirm a booking we will provisionally hold a booking until customer is ready to confirm. There is no obligation to hold the course until the booking is confirmed.
The dates must be confirmed or cancelled no later than 5 working days prior to the training.

Training Needs Analysis

The Mouse Training Company is committed to ensuring that its clients get the most from their training.   We can tailor courses to establish clients specific training needs; using a training needs analysis assessment.    We are happy to meet or discuss requirements by phone or email.
To maximise the effectiveness and relevance of the training session we would group together trainees with similar base knowledge and training needs.

Cancellations

All bookings are considered provisional until confirmed by completing the booking form or equivalent confirmation by email. However, it is still possible to cancel a course up to 5 complete working days before a course is due without incurring cancellation fees. Beyond that time 100% fee is payable.

Content

The Mouse Training Company has developed a standard suite of course outlines.  These are designed to illustrate topics and optimise learning effectiveness.  However, the standard content and training delivery can be tailored to meet client’s exact requirements. 
The Mouse Training Company can also offer training days covering multiple applications (e.g. a morning session on Word followed by an afternoon session on Excel) at the standard daily rate.

Materials

There is no additional charge for rooms, refreshments or manuals which are provided on CD to store/edit/brand.  Each CD contains training manuals for various applications in multiple versions.

Pricing

There are no hidden charges.
All Microsoft Office courses are charged at a total daily rate of £695.00 per day (plus VAT); regardless of the level or the number of delegates attending.  However, a maximum of 8 delegates per course is recommended.
All soft skills training is charged at £1250 per day (plus VAT)
There is no additional charge for rooms, refreshments or training materials
A free training needs analysis is included for all potential course attendees.  The outputs will be made available to a course coordinator or booker.
There are no extra costs for meetings or any aspect of account management or administration.
The prices are guaranteed for twelve months from the initial booking to ensure that any project is completed within assigned budget.

Payment Terms

Payment is required monthly with 30 day terms.  Alternative payment terms can be agreed between The Mouse Training Company on request.

Laptops

A set of laptops, with preloaded software, can be supplied by The Mouse Training Company on request.
The daily charge for a set of 8 delegate laptops is £150.00.  A daylight projector is provided free.
All the stationery and training equipment is usually delivered the day before the training session.

Venue

Refreshments like tea, coffee and biscuits are readily available throughout the day free of charge.  Lunch can be provided on request at a price of £5 per person. All training rooms are equipped with modern equipment and projectors.

Evaluations

All courses are evaluated and a report is sent at a frequency and in a format of client’s choice.

Post Course Support

Unlimited post course telephone support is available to all participants. Client may be asked to email the questions and files to enquiries@mousetraining.co.uk.

Insurance

The Mouse training Company has insurance policies in place for Public and Employee liability.
